Position: Epic Application Manager – PB/HB

Onsite/Remote: Remote (Candidates must live in: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming)

Onsite: One Week onsite quarterly is required

Requirements/Certifications:

· Bachelors Degree Required – Masters is a plus

· Min of 5+ years of Epic management experience with direct reports, leading both Professional Billing and Hospital Billing Analyst teams

· Must have proven track record of managing epic applications teams, both people and projects.

· Ideal candidate will have a technical background as an analyst prior to leadership, so they can offer technical expertise if needed.

· Epic certifications are a plus but not required.

· Must have experience with 5-10+ direct reports, handling all HR type work, performance reviews, PTO Approval, etc.
