We are currently seeking an experienced Epicor ERP/MRP consultant to spearhead the enhancement of our rental management system, ensuring robust functionality and optimal integration of standard and customized Epicor programs.
This role demands a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in transactional processing, inventory management, and business process management (BPM), and notably, Epicor PCID (Package Control ID) functionalities, ideally with a background in rental process operations and advanced material management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the high-level and technical design discussions to meet business requirements.
Analyze complex operations issues, offering practical solutions through process change or system enhancements.
Implement, customize, and integrate Epicor ERP/MRP features to optimize performance, focusing on rental unit traceability and management.
Utilize Epicor Business Process Management tools for effective data migration and system integration.
Manage project initiatives, maintaining progress and meeting deliverables with minimal external influence.
Utilize Epicor PCID to ensure accurate package tracking and control within the rental management process.
Skills And Experience
Proven experience in Epicor ERP/MRP systems, particularly with transactional processing and BPM.
Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of successful system implementation and enhancement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions and influence decision-making.
Experience with Epicor’s Field Service module for managing contracts and service operations is highly desirable.
Creative problem-solving approach and proactive, results-driven mindset.
Process engineering experience a plus.
Location
The consultant will work onsite at our Valley Cottage, NY location, reporting to the IT / Systems Director.
Ideal candidates will bring a blend of technical expertise in Epicor systems, strategic project management, and a hands-on, adaptive approach to enhancing business processes and system functionalities.
