Our Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Epicor Kinetic Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the Minnesota Department of Corrections' Minncor division. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing their newly implemented Epicor Kinetic system, ensuring efficient financial management and reporting.
What You'll Do
Be the project manager, leading the successful review, improvement, and automation of Minncor's Epicor Kinetic setup.
Analyze current systems, processes, and procedures to identify areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports.
Ensure data integrity, access controls, and functionality through thorough testing.
Create comprehensive documentation and training materials to empower users.
Monitor the migration process, minimizing downtime and ensuring data accuracy.
Evaluate the project's success against established criteria and deliver a final report.
Transfer knowledge and provide training to Minncor staff.

3+ years of experience working with Epicor Kinetic.
Proven experience with the listed Epicor modules and Minncor functionalities.
