Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end ERP implementations within the manufacturing sector. Experience with Epicor Kinetic is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full-cycle ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for ERP system configuration and customization.
Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Experience with Epicor Kinetic is a plus.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
