As an ERP Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Veeva, and Epic to streamline client operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful deployment and integration of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and identify ERP requirements.
  • Develop and implement ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Configure and customize ERP systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation and customization.
  • Proficiency in one or more ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
