What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform various administrative duties to support the Escrow department
• Assist in the escrow process by gathering information and preparing documents for closing
• Communicate requirements and other information to clients
• Interpret agreements related to closing and prepare necessary documents for transactions
• Handle complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in an escrow-related position
• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
