ESTARS STUDIOS - Producer (Video Game Broadcast)

Estars Studios is a leading, independent producer of competitive gaming events, video content, and related services for esports and video games. We combine decades of experience in live sports production along with a deep passion for games to create outstanding experiences. Our full-service company provides production, distribution, sponsorship sales, marketing, league operations, tournament facilitation and more. Our partners include the top game developers and organizations such as Amazon, Bytedance, Konami, and Ubisoft.

In this role, you will own the front-to-end production of one of our upcoming shows. You will be the creative mastermind and the field general for an in-studio broadcast that includes content inserts, custom broadcast graphics and scenic/set design.

Responsibilities And Attributions

• Build, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, run of shows, timelines, narratives, graphics and assets;
• Organizing and scheduling pre, post, shoulder, feature and on-site event production;
• Ensuring the production team is on track with their deliverables;
• Facilitating communication, organization and accountability within the production department;
• Producing on-air talent;
• Communicating with internal and external partners to meet production milestones;
• Actively participating in strategic planning and budgeting processes for projects providing financial, technical and creative input;
• Driving the development and communications of tasks and scheduling for vendors, designers, artists, engineers and leadership;
• Leading production meetings with clear agendas, next steps and distributing information;
• Working with existing team members as well as building out and leading a crew that can execute Company’s creative vision and ensure overall success for the production;
• Proactively identifying gaps, blockers and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals, and work to mitigate risk;
  
  
  

Requisites And Qualifications

• 5+ years in producing live broadcast content in the games industry
• Awareness and sensitivity to aesthetics, art direction and trends
• Strong ability to tell stories and capture human emotions through film
• Possess strong interview skills
• Ability to think outside the box and push creative initiatives and ideas
