LHH is currently assisting a well known and established firm in their search for an experienced estate planning attorney to join their Naples, Florida office. The right candidate will have at least 1 year of on point experience including:
drafting various estate planning documents
advising on wealth transfer tax matters
reviewing and preparing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns
providing business succession strategies
assisting in estate and trusts administration
The right candidate will be preferably licensed in Florida already but will consider those licensed in another state who are sitting for the upcoming bar exam.
