Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily executive communications and keep the team organized.
  • Facilitate the transition of executive processes towards enhanced technology use.
  • Coordinate communications related to company changes and administrative updates.
  • Provide general support to a leadership group, directly working with approximately 5 senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate or individual with some professional experience, such as internships or diverse roles.
  • Exceptionally smart, kind, and possesses a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and assist.
  • Strong communication skills and presents professionally.
  • Highly organized and patient, able to handle the dynamic needs of the team.
  • Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
