Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to manage the CEO. The ideal candidate will ensure follow-ups are completed, schedules are adhered to, and key stakeholders are kept informed. This role demands the ability to operate in ambiguity, adapt, pivot, and maintain a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Follow-ups: Maintain and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and follow-ups are timely and efficiently coordinated.
Communication: Ensure that all relevant parties are informed of necessary information and updates. Act as a liaison between the CEO, VPs, and Heads of Departments.
Collaboration: Work closely with VPs and other HODs to gather data and information required by the CEO.
Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and handle urgent, last-minute changes with grace.
Assessment Requirements: All candidates must complete the AcuMax Index assessment and the Acumen cognitive test.

Working Conditions:
Office Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Hybrid work on Fridays.
Flexibility: Potential for weekend work on occasion, though this is an exception rather than the rule.
Employment Type: 3-Month Contract with Potential to Convert to Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000K/annually
