The Executive Director is responsible for implementing the strategic plan of the organization, oversight of administration, operations, and programs. Other duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.
Responsibilities
Work with the board in order to fulfill the organization mission
Manage Development and Financial Performance
Work closely with board and staff members to ensure that the mission is fulfilled though programs, strategic planning, and community outreach
Oversees appropriate resources to ensure operations are successful.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

A Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Non-profit financial and budget management experience
Successful implementation of fundraising strategies and donor relations

Strong written, verbal and presentation and public speaking communication skills essential to inspire, influence and motivate others
