Westbury Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to develop arts and cultural programs that connect, educate and inspire our community. Our vision is a community where arts and culture are valued and instill a sense of belonging and pride. Our motto: Together we create Westbury.

Westbury Arts is seeking a part time (up to 30 hours per week) Executive Director to oversee all aspects of the business of this organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and with minimal supervision reporting directly to the Board of Directors to fulfill Westbury Arts’ mission and vision. We are seeking a candidate with skills in the following areas:

• Leadership
• Relationship Management
• Strategic Planning
• Communications
• Fiscal Development & Management
• Administration & Operations

Job duties would include:

SalesForce Management

• Creating Volunteer Campaigns, Jobs, Shifts
• Creating General Campaigns
• Create SKUs and connect to Wordpress/website

Data management, de-duping

Website Overview/Management

Google Business Suite Management

Assist the Treasurer with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Assist Programming and Fundraising Committees with event planning and fundraising appeals

Correspondence

Digital correspondence - Coordinating Eblasts, Website Postings

Social Media Content Management

Preparing contracts

Reviewing insurance

Setting up zoom meetings, assisting with agenda preparation

Responding to official correspondence

Grant research and application

Community Outreach and Relationship development

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
