Job Description

Your mission at IntegriChain:

The expectation is that you will use a market driven approach to roll-in, develop, and roll out new features, functions, and enhancements across IntegriChain’s portfolio of Contracts and Pricing (C&P) products, based on a roadmap that supports the company’s top and bottom line objectives. You have a bias for action, know how to lead without authority, and can organize a team to drive results.

What this role entails:

  • Ownership of product roadmaps for the portfolio of C&P products including Medicaid, Utilization Based Rebates, Government Pricing, Script Management translating market problems into sized and prioritized products, modules and epics.
  • Accountable for Product input into the IntegriChain Marketing Ecosystem including Product Portfolio, alignment with the Unit Forecast, Roadmaps and Resources
  • Manage a team of product managers and analysts that are accountable for their module roadmaps and sprint deliverables, and responsible for their professional development
  • Communication of Product Roadmap, Prioritization, and Operational Readiness plans to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive execution of all cross functional Release Readiness activities to ensure successful roll-out of product releases across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Engagement, Data Operations, and Delivery and Advisory Services
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators for each product release
  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their problems, challenges, and inefficiencies to inform product roadmap
  • Organize and lead 1-1 market stakeholder interviews, product councils, advisory boards, and surveys to inform definition of market problems
  • Accountable for work with on-shore and off-shore development team, in an agile process, to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements on budget, on scope, and on time

What success looks like in this role:

  • Create and maintain a 6-quarter product roadmap for C&P product line Deliver Eco System artifacts on a Quarterly cadence
  • Be consistently on time, on scope, and on budget delivery of the product roadmap
  • Develop New Big Pharma strategy with a rationalized roadmaps and resource plan that is harmonious with other ICyte strategy
  • Attain corporate EBITDA, GAAP, and Bookings objectives for all ICyte Data Products

Qualifications

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Proven track record of working in and leading cross-functional teams of SMEs, software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, industry solutions, and marketing to solve market problems
  • Expertise in building products using off-shore teams located across multiple time-zones
  • Proven ability to manage, build, and grow off-shore product teams
  • Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Crystal Reports, Qlikview, etc.
  • Understanding of and experience with data model design as well as data cleansing/integration activities such as master data management, preferably with healthcare data
  • An “n=many” mindset that naturally identifies trends across a market and the needs of the many
  • A highly consultative and diagnostic mind that is able to rapidly map and understand new business processes and the drivers of business pain
  • A deep passion for healthcare business, patient outcomes, clinical workflow, and health tech innovation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 8 years of product experience with 2+ years experience applying data science and analytics solutions to complex business challenges, preferably in the commercial healthcare market
  • Experience with healthcare data and analytics strongly preferred, ideally in the Contracts and Pricing space
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Master’s degree helpful
