Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality food that meets our organizational standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Manage food cost and labor budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Handle any kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
