Our client is an investment banking firm. They seek an Executive Personal Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office. Requires 5 days in office with some flexibility as needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Screen incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking rooms and catering
Maintain executives’ data and contacts in the firm’s CRM system
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of conferences and events
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, event planning, and household tasks
Coordinate family-related activities, including children’s schedules if applicable
Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding personal matters
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, etc.
Previous administrative experience
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle confidential information with sensitivity
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and QBO
