Family office seeks experienced, professional Executive/Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to family executive.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between family members, professional and personal relationships, and internal/external clients and vendors
  • Organize calendars by booking engagements, meetings, etc.
  • Facilitate senior executive's ability to stay on-point, on-time, and at peak operating efficiency
  • Address any issues that may arise at numerous business interests and personal residences
  • General correspondence, emails and administrative support


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-5+ years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant to a senior executive, preferrably in a family office environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
