Family office seeks experienced, professional Executive/Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to family executive.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between family members, professional and personal relationships, and internal/external clients and vendors
- Organize calendars by booking engagements, meetings, etc.
- Facilitate senior executive's ability to stay on-point, on-time, and at peak operating efficiency
- Address any issues that may arise at numerous business interests and personal residences
- General correspondence, emails and administrative support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3-5+ years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant to a senior executive, preferrably in a family office environment
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
