Executive Personal Assistant - Midtown Manhattan

Our client is searching for an Executive Personal Assistant to support him in his professional and personal life. The position is broken down as 80% Executive Assisting and 20% Personal Assisting. This position will report to the Midtown Manhattan office five days a week. The EPA will demonstrate strong organizational skills and ensure that the executives’ time is maximized by effectively managing their schedules. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, a problem solver, and resourceful.

Responsibilities:

  • Screening telephone calls, taking messages and responding to queries.
  • Arranging travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for the executive and family.
  • Managing the executives' personal and business calendars.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Preparing for daily team meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, etc.
  • Organizing company events.
  • Forwarding or replying to emails on behalf of the executives.
  • Bill pay, tracking expenses, and light business/personal bookkeeping
  • Performing personal errands for the executive and family as required.
  • Scheduling appointments for Executive and family (4 family members).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience working as an EPA.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent, verifiable references

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:45/7pm, availability to check emails/phone calls on off hours (evenings, weekends) and address any urgent matters

Salary: $120,000 to $140,000
