Role: Facets Business Analyst: Claims
Location: Remote (EST work time - no candidates residing in PST)
Start: Immediate
Duration: 6 months with extensions (2 - 3-year project)
Must Have Experience
Min of 3-5 years in the role of Business Analyst in Facets Claims processing
Understanding of Agile
Must have experience in gathering, documenting, and building requirements, build and track project plans, and be the voice for the Claims teams in large implementation meetings. This means the person needs to have Facets and Claims processing SME knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills (client facing skills)
