Our client, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a hybrid basis, rotating between three Atlanta offices weekly. The role is focused on ensuring a productive and welcoming office environment and fostering a sense of community among employees.
This role is a 2-month W2 contract starting from July 15, 2024, with the possibility of extension.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Candidates local to Atlanta, GA, are expected to work 3 days a week at one of the offices and may need to rotate among all of them as needed.
Responsibilities:
Oversee setup and maintenance of office spaces, manage supplies and facilities, and handle vendor relationships.
Coordinate office logistics, including shipping, seating arrangements, meeting room bookings, and event catering.
Cultivate a welcoming work environment by organizing team-building activities and social events, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Serve as a liaison between the local Atlanta team and headquarters, addressing employee needs and fostering communication and collaboration.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, although other relevant experience is also considered.
At least 2 years of experience in a workplace coordinator role
