Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Farm Lines Account Manager located in Hesston, KS. As a Farm Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of farm and agriculture insurance accounts. This includes assisting clients with policy inquiries, providing coverage recommendations, processing policy changes and endorsements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong business relationships.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of farm and agriculture insurance products
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Licensed insurance agent in Kansas (or willingness to obtain)
