Responsibilities

As a Financial Aid Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in guiding students through the financial aid process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized guidance on financing options, application procedures, and financial planning.
• Assessing financial data to determine eligibility and awarding aid according to guidelines.
• Addressing inquiries from students, parents, and guardians regarding financial aid programs.
• Monitoring students' eligibility and communicating changes in awards or alternatives as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, along with 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to adapt to new technologies and systems, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
