Purpose
Collaborate with customers and partner with workforce development teams to deliver Financial Education and personalized one-on-one financial goal setting, empowering individuals towards financial independence.
Job Responsibilities
Empower individuals and families to achieve financial independence through education, coaching, and resource connections.
Provide coaching and service planning with a focus on financial education.
Engage in community and customer outreach efforts.
Ensure compliance with program reporting requirements.
Requirements
Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Achieve HUD Certification within 90 days of hire.
Familiarity and ability to navigate community resources.
Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
Background in customer service or finance/banking.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
