Job Description:
As the Operations Director at FS Drinks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational strategy and day-to-day activities of our business. This position offers equity-only compensation and is requires a full time commitment. You will oversee all aspects of production, supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment, optimizing our operational infrastructure to support the continued growth and success of our company. This role requires regular travel in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas, you should expect to be on site with vendors/partners 1-2 times each week and occasionally more often depending on current projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain, including relationships with suppliers, vendors, co-packers/co-manufacturers, and shipping carriers.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Analyze key metrics to fine-tune our operations, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with our dynamic team, infusing your expertise into every aspect of our business.
Drive innovation and cost optimization initiatives to achieve the highest quality products at the lowest cost.
Maintain a strong focus on quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Based in Southern California.
