Job Description

Our client is seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant Manager/Coordinator.

Must be a US Based Candidate, Open to Remote

• Hourly: $30 - 35 per hour via W2
• 40 hours per week - Remote
• 2 Months with the possibility of extension
  
  
  

You will be joining an agile organization and will be an integral member in growing the wholesale business. You will be a key partner both cross functionally and with our wholesale partners to execute the channel marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on building the wholesale strategy to ensure we are achieving the Company’s goals.

Marketing Planning & Coordination

• Responsible for managing the retailer product setup forms and submitting all documents be retailer deadlines.
• Manage all field team gratis and event material distribution in a timely manner.
• Manage all product comp and sampling requests from wholesale partners.
• Support Trade Marketing Manager with brief submission and deck development.
• Maintain retailer marketing calendars for all exclusives, promotions, sampling programs, events etc. to share with broader organization
• Maintain retailer side by sides and ensure they are accurately updated with all promotional & marketing activity
• Retailer Meetings, Retailer Calendar, Retailer Relationships
• Issue detailed and timely meeting recaps and manage follow-up
• Work with internal team on meeting agenda & flow
• Maintain retailer-specific calendars to manage and track launch dates and programs
• Support with marketing deck development.
• Ability to work cross functionally to collect information and align on marketing initiatives.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Marketing related experience
• Experience working with Sephora strongly preferred
• Self-starter, solution-minded, highly organized, detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects and dual reporting structure
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through is a must
• Must have ability to think strategically, conceptualize new ideas, initiate change and react to a fast paced environment.
