We're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Westport, CT. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Managing client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating information as needed
- Assisting in insurance verification and authorization processes
- Collecting co-payments and fees for services
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Supporting other administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is a plus
