We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Functional Analyst who will be working closely with BPX Key Customers in the Revenue Growth Management area as key expert of solution, assuring the best end-to-end experience and service delivery. Your mail role will be the configuration of systems based on the customer needs, leading RGM application deployments, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and within scope. Working closely with the Project Management to control budget and time frame and with Functional Lead to understand configuration needs.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships: Gain deep understanding of customer goals, motivation and business needs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of RGM solutions: Possess knowledge of how RGM solutions modules work.
  • Manage RGM solutions implementation: Implement solutions according to the blueprint using standard business processes, agile management tools, and shared workspaces.
  • Understand customer’s needs: Translate customer needs into optimal setups aligned with our blueprint and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with BPX rollout teams: Work closely with other BPX rollout teams to deliver integrated RGM and SAP applications.
  • Implement System/Application configuration: Work directly with customers on system/application configurations.
  • Ensure accurate development specifications: Provide thorough specifications to the development teams making sure customer requirements are fully met.
  • Prepare test scripts: Create test scripts for customer markets.
  • Share best practices: Share lessons learned, customer experiences, and best practices with the Revenue Management Solutions team.
  • Test new functionalities: Test new functionalities in line with customer and roadmap requirements before implementation.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years’ of experience in the CPG industry in areas such as revenue management, sales, trade marketing or sales support.
  • Experience as a Super User/ Key User/ Power User/ SME of any TPM tool.
  • Strong background in IT-related activities including application implementations or rollout projects.
  • Knowledge of Digital Transformation processes and related business change.
  • Understanding of software delivery/development and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work accountably and autonomously with attention to details.
  • Technical experience and/or knowledge of technical concepts.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

  • Additional experience in SAP: SD/CS, FI, TPM, MD or system integration.
  • Additional experience in CPG covering roles in: IT, supply chain or finance is a plus.
