Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication required The ideal candidate will have experience as a

business analyst with PEGA based systems (not a Pega Business architect)

  • Judiciary is looking for a BA with extensive experience and strengths in software development and business process re-engineering
  • Business processes re-engineering experience for

PEGA projects

Experience In SCRUM/Agile Methodology Processes

and best practice knowledge

  • Experience with requirements gathering via diverse means (e.g., interviews, observation, surveys, existing

documentation)

  • Experience creating storyboards, screens mockups,

wireframes in Adobe XD or other mockup software

  • Experience performing user acceptance and

regression testing of PEGA based applications

  • Experience delivering training to end users 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
