Functional Tester A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Functional Tester for our client in the McLean, VA area.
This is a long term contract wiith potential to convert to FTE.
Overview:
To perform integration, regression and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with system requirements and company business practices and policies.
Assists in the analysis of functional and technical requirements and the creation and editing of test cases for new or modified systems.
Qualifications:
Extensive proficiency with functional testing, to include test case creation and execution.
Services testing experience using Postman.
Experience with software applications ALM, Azure DevOps, and SQL required.
Automated testing experience creating and utilizing Perfecto automation tools.
Experience working within Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience with the Bug life cycle and defect management.
High quality interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Desired:
Experience with automated or user testing tools and techniques.
