General Manager

Candidate Profile Summary:

Seeking an individual with extensive General Management background within the Aviation/Military manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adeptness in autonomous decision-making, exceptional organizational skills, and superior communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive reporting and feedback on Business Unit performance to stakeholders.
• Supervise CMC staff and optimize team dynamics, aligning personnel strategies with business objectives.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and regular guidance to team members.
• Manage operational expenses, oversee cash flow, and steer Business Unit strategy.
• Ensure efficient facility operations, emphasizing production quality, contract execution, customer satisfaction, and resource management.
• Direct day-to-day business operations to achieve budgeted profits and operational targets.
• Maintain QMS compliance with AS9100D standards for quality management.
• Drive KPIs for safety, customer satisfaction, project profitability, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee supplier planning and sourcing for all projects.
• Conduct regular status meetings and document production planning with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by ownership to support Business Unit operations.

• Must have P&L Responsibility Experience
• Aerospace & Defense sector background is a plus
