About the Company:


Our client is a premium, multichannel food company with international footprint and headquarters in Belgium.


The Role:


Our client is currently looking for a General Manager US, who reports directly to the CEO and carries P&L responsibility for the US. The US headquarters of the company is based in New York. This key role will be carried out on site.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading the local team in the US
  • Bringing growth and structure to the US division
  • Doubling the current revenue
  • Expanding the business regionally within the US and Canada
  • Further developing and optimising the multichannel strategy (own stores, franchise, e-commerce, wholesale, travel retail)


Profile:


  • General management experience (P&L)
  • Strong commercial track record
  • Experience with branded/premium products
  • Knowledge of the North-American market
  • Combination of strategic acumen and hands-on mentality
  • Master’s degree
