Duration: Long term contract (Hybrid Role)

Roles And Responsibilities

Need a composer routing/platform developer having good analytical and development skillset with flexibility to learn and adopt to anything new.

  • Genesys composer routing developer. Having knowledge on java and genesys cloud is a plus.
  • Hands on Experience in Genesys Routing Composer Development required
  • Hands on Routing Experience in Composer Multimedia channel Development (Email, Iwd)
  • Experience in Service Level Routing and Priority Tuning
  • Able to Explain and strong knowledge in Multi-site Architecture
  • Hand on ORS Implementation experience is required.

Genesys - 2-5 years - Is Required

Genesys Composer Routing/platform developer - 2-5 years - Is Required

Genesys Digital - 2-5 years - Is Required
