Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Grant Administrator on the Addiction Science team within the Missouri Institute of Mental Health at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. The Grant Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day grant management, including budgeting, compliance, and reporting. This role is located in Greater St. Louis, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in grant management or administration
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of grant compliance and reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication, cognitive flexibility, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with grant management software is a plus
