Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Grants Writer at 9 Colors Initiative. As a Grants Writer, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential funding opportunities, writing grant proposals, and coordinating fundraising efforts. You will collaborate with different teams to gather relevant information and develop compelling grant applications. This is a remote role.


Qualifications

  • Grant Administration, Grant Writing, and Proposal Writing skills
  • Experience in conducting prospect research for funding opportunities
  • Fundraising experience and knowledge of fundraising strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Passion for youth empowerment, equality, and human rights
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
