HR Growth Partners LLC is looking for a graphic designer who is digitally native and has strong design sensibilities and can create and source digital assets across all digital platforms.
Job Description:
The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creation, execution, and delivery of strategic content across digital channels – specifically email, web, newsletter, and display ads- in a way that feels ownable to who we are as a brand and genuine to those who engage with us.

Work you'll do:
The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed, organized designer who is comfortable working independently and managing processes from start to finish. They will be experienced working directly with outsourced designers and agencies and provide guidance on what's needed, planning for and meeting our fast-growing organization's expectations to execute flawless work that meets deadlines while elevating our brand. They should fully understand the latest design and digital trends, and be a well-rounded designer able to tackle a diverse range of creative needs in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create unique best-in-class digital content across display advertising, email marketing, brand newsletter, Digital ad banners, Social Media, etc., to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through our brand site.
- Work with the marketing team to understand what types of content will break through on each platform. Drive execution around performance KPIs such as increasing Click-through, traffic, and conversion.
- Manage and leverage design and creative agencies to scale output as needed, ensuring branding and quality are on point.
- Create and execute multimedia content that is compelling, relevant, and on-brand
- Support the creation of compelling evergreen and campaign content
- Sync content production with the brand content calendar
- Design coupons, stickers, and shipping inserts as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
- Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Highly knowledgeable about digital advertising, with a clear understanding of best-in-class performing content and emerging trends
- Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates mastery of digital design
- Experience designing for Healthcare brands, SaaS companies, services, or Hospitals is a strong plus
- Experience with photography, video editing, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe After Effects is a plus
