Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist with a strong background in design principles, particularly in style, typography, and composition layout. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the visual quality of our AI-generated outputs, balancing creative and business priorities. Our environment is fast-paced and innovative, focusing on scale and high volume while maintaining quality, so the ability to pivot, learn quickly, and stay agile is essential. - Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs
- Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity
- Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content
- Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale
- Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs
- Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant design experience
- Figma, Adobe Creative Tools, PowerPoint experience
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in style, typography, and composition layout
- Familiarity with and examples of text to image AI technology use (can be sent separately if not in portfolio)
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pivot as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback
- Experience with copy writing or editing for clarity and grammar is preferred
