HCM Analyst I - Remote

Greetings, job seekers! We're excited to invite applications for the role of an HCM Analyst. This position is responsible for delivering product implementation and support activities, ranging from client discussions to training and project documentation for our Human Capital Management (HCM) products as well as our software as a service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our internal project management team to perform assigned tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
  • Consult with clients' key decision-makers to understand their current human resource guidelines, payroll setup, and reporting requirements.
  • Advise clients on the most appropriate implementation strategies and best practices for our solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to document functional specifications for system setup requirements using the Project Scope Document.
  • Configure software to maximize and streamline clients' human resources/payroll workflows and processes.
  • Set up the system to meet clients' specifications for time and attendance, as well as accrual entry, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative-level user training to clients on our iSolved platform.
  • Facilitate scheduled client status update calls to identify issues, potential escalations, and advise on best practice recommendations.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service standards to ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.
  • Champion clients' needs for resolution on all open issues identified during the integration process.
  • Develop strong relationships within client organizations to effectively integrate project deliverables and meet business goals and metrics as defined in the project plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, industry trends, and clients' training needs.
  • Gather product/software feedback with recommendations for improvement to share with our product and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation is required.
  • Ability to interpret tax rules at the state, federal, and local levels for software configuration.
  • Basic understanding of cross-departmental systems integration, including time and attendance, and benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interface with peers, leadership, and clients.
  • High level of comfort conducting client-facing meetings.
  • Strong written communication skills to convey technical and project information in a business context.
  • Proven track record in delivering quality, on-time business solutions to a diverse client base.
  • Functional human resources and payroll knowledge within a business setting.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll/human resources best practices.
  • Basic understanding of tax setup and requirements at the Federal, State, and local levels.
  • Demonstrated understanding of payroll and human resources reporting for application in a business setting.
  • Strong customer relations, time management, and organizational skills.
