About The Team
Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen. The CIO Corporate Technology team presents an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise with strategic business management skills while assuming operational responsibilities, enhancing efficiency and innovation across the organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, this role empowers individuals to align technology initiatives with overarching business objectives, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage through transformative digital capabilities. With a focus on optimizing operations and leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions, team members play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future trajectory and ensuring operational excellence.

You’ll own it in our thriving Cincinnati hub. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

About The Team

What You’ll Own
- Align the IT & CIO strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Manage CIO budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate and prioritize technology investments.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Headcount tracking for all CIO
- Strategic support planning, including M&A
- Reporting for the CIO org including developing key metrics, analytics, and ongoing tracking.
- Develop and implement CIO business policies and procedures.
- CIO communications, board materials and executive level communications
- Collaborate with other executives to identify opportunities for CIO to add value to the business.
- Monitor and mitigate IT risks.
- Lead team of 5 people
