About The Role

As the Head of Growth at Abode, you'll lead growth marketing and product development initiatives to expand Abode’s reach. You'll be responsible for researching, executing, and refining growth campaigns across channels, focusing on customer acquisition, affiliate partnerships, funnel optimization and product marketing.

You'll identify and engage potential customers both online and offline, using both creative and data-driven methods to broaden our reach. Your innovative spirit will explore new possibilities and acquisition strategies, and your versatility will be critical as you create engaging content and designs, helping Abode validate and scale its product offerings.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a focus on PPC, paid ads, affiliate marketing, and funnel optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth from the ground up, with a particular aptitude for taking startups from 0 to 1 and scale
  • Ability to build and scale infrastructure for all growth channels including but not limited to: viral loops, SEO/SEM, CRO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, as well as landing page and mobile app conversion.
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing platforms, such as Customer.io, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You hustle, meaning you’re scrappy, hungry and eager to learn; a consistent top-performer
  • Located in Austin, Texas, or willing to relocate to take on the role

“Nice-to-Have” Attributes

  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns
  • Experience in consumer fintech, proptech and / or residential real estate
  • Previous startup founder or founding team / early hire at a successful startup
