**Job Title: Head of Quality Assurance - Sustainability**

**Job Type:** Full-Time


**About the Role:**


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Quality Assurance to lead and enhance our sustainability efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing sustainability assurance programs that align with our corporate goals and regulatory requirements. This role will ensure that our sustainability practices are credible, transparent, and continuously improving.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Leadership and Strategy:**

- Develop and implement the company’s sustainability assurance strategy in alignment with overall corporate sustainability objectives.

- Lead the Sustainability Assurance team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.

- Collaborate with senior management to integrate sustainability assurance into the business strategy.


2. **Sustainability Reporting and Assurance:**

- Oversee the preparation and publication of sustainability reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

- Implement and manage sustainability assurance processes, including internal audits and third-party verifications.

- Ensure the credibility and transparency of sustainability data and metrics.


3. **Risk Management and Compliance:**

- Identify and assess sustainability-related risks and opportunities.

- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

- Monitor emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices, advising the organization on necessary adjustments.


4. **Stakeholder Engagement:**

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, regulators, and NGOs, to communicate sustainability performance and initiatives.

- Foster partnerships and collaborations to advance the company’s sustainability goals.


5. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Drive continuous improvement in sustainability practices through innovation and benchmarking against industry leaders.

- Promote a culture of sustainability within the organization, providing training and resources to employees.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record in sustainability reporting, assurance, and compliance.

- Strong understanding of global sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO 14001).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Certification in sustainability assurance or auditing (e.g., CSAP, LEED AP) is a plus.
