As the High School Outreach Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the founders to cultivate partnerships with universities across the United States for our dual credit program and other joint initiatives. This role is ideal for an ambitious, proactive individual with a passion for education. We seek candidates who are approachable, personable, and adept at fostering relationships. Your primary responsibilities will involve articulating our vision, strategy, products, and objectives to potential partners. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, negotiating with, and nurturing relationships with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year + Commission

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, negotiating with, and nurturing relationships with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with universities for our high school dual credit program.
- Represent our institution at national education exhibitions, events, conferences, and meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new growth strategies.
- Negotiate and foster relationships with educational organizations.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with executives and school leadership personnel to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to cultivate strategic business relationships with educational leaders at the state and local levels.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Background in growth, partnerships, or sales.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and proficiency in building trust-based relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to work diligently to achieve outcomes.
- Complete high school education or Community College in the United States
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Bilingual Mandarin
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year + Commission
