We're excited to offer you an incredible opportunity to join our team as a Hospitality Aide through our Educational Assistance Program. This program is designed to help you become a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) by enrolling in an accredited Certified Nurse Assistant education course. While you work as a Resident Aide with us, you'll be on your journey to achieving full certification status as a Nurse Aide.

Your Path to Success:

To participate in this exceptional program, we require your commitment to three essential conditions:

• Work as a Hospitality Aide for six months to understand the role and responsibilities.
• Complete the Certified Nurse Assistant education course through one of our approved schools.
• Remain employed as a CNA with us for at least one (1) calendar year after completing the course and passing your state exam.
  
  
  

Position Highlights:

• Be a crucial part of residents' lives by assisting with daily activities.
• Develop strong service orientation skills, active listening, critical thinking, and close monitoring of clients.
• Gain a basic understanding of medical terminology, enhancing your knowledge and capabilities.
• Perform tasks such as meal tray setup, medication reminders, bathing assistance, room upkeep, transportation support, and more.
• Participate in Life Enrichment Activities, making a positive impact on residents' quality of life.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental conditions.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
