Hospitality Business Development Specialist - Remote | WFH

Join a dynamic team as a Hospitality Business Development Specialist, driving our expansion efforts across Minnesota & Wisconsin. You'll use your expertise to discover and pursue new business opportunities across various job posting platforms like Indeed, Hospitality Online, LinkedIn, and HCareers. Your role will involve building strategic partnerships and generating interest through proactive phone calls (50-75 daily) and supplementary emails and texts.

Compensation And Work Schedule

This role offers an annual compensation ranging from $60k to $80k, structured on a 100% commission basis. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, spending three days in our Wyandotte office and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients in diverse sectors including hospitality, private clubs, retirement communities, airline food services, private estates, and community management, highlighting our firm's expertise and value.

Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.

Enhance our LinkedIn presence by networking, establishing connections, and sharing compelling posts tailored to the Minnesota & Wisconsin markets.

Monitor, evaluate, and report weekly on business development activities, showcasing how your efforts drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales or business development within the hospitality or related industries, with a robust network of industry contacts.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating a consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to surpass business objectives.

Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, including its challenges and opportunities for talent acquisition and management placements.
