Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Offer personalized assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and suggesting suitable options
- Navigate our reservation system adeptly to book, modify, and cancel reservations accurately
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of customer requests
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer queries
- Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
- Strive to meet and surpass performance targets, such as reservation conversion rates and customer satisfaction metrics
- Work with sales and marketing teams to promote special offers and upsell additional services to customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to assist customers courteously and effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in reservation details and data entry
- Proficiency in using reservation and customer management systems or quick adaptability to new software
