Job Summary: The Hotshot Driver is primarily responsible for providing supply distributions to drilling rigs located within the district’s area of operations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Deliver orders daily from warehouse to rig sites
  • Deliver high priority rig components to rig sites
  • Backhaul items from rig sites to district yard or warehouse
  • Assist with scrap pickup from rig sites
  • Submit daily Rig Visit reports
  • Maintain driving logs per DOT regulations in SAMSARA
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks on truck and trailer

Required Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. Class A Commercial Driver’s License
  • Good driving record and DOT history
  • Current medical card
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
  • Ability to perform work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
  • Driving skills in an F-350 with a gooseneck trailer attached
  • Must live in the Odessa/Midland area

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAMSARA knowledge
  • Forklift certified
  • Driving skills with a Semi Tractor Trailer
  • Basic knowledge & skills with Microsoft Outlook
