CrossTech is seeking an HR Admin to support one of our clients.
Partners with the Senior Director, Talent Development & Strategic Initiatives to manage learning and development resources.
Job Description
Review competency and gap assessments to determine training needs for identified teams
Research, identify, and recommend external resources to support identified training needs
Interviews SMEs for internal resource development
Assists with creating timeline of development activities
Research, identify, and recommend tools to measure the effectiveness of leadership and employee development programs
Recruiting Support
Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition on performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, and monitoring emails.
Work closely with the team to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
Prepare and post job advertisements online
Screen candidates by performing background checks, conducting assessments, and verifying their qualifications and experience.
Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
Assist successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
Qualifications/Skills
Knowledge of recruiting.
Experience with job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
Familiarity with Interviewing.
Experience with Screening, i.e., background checks, reference checks, conducting assessments, etc.
Experience with on-boarding, i.e., filling out paperwork, I-9 and W2 experience, etc.
Calendar management experience.
Compensation
$25-$30/hr.
