The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and driven Human Resources Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business while supporting our team members throughout their career journeys.
In this position, you'll work closely with our management team and cross-functional leaders to implement strategies that contribute to the long-term success of our organization. Our company culture prioritizes people, making this a key role in supporting critical tasks such as employee relations, recruiting, and new employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time
Manage staffing and onboarding processes
Administer PTO and maintain records
Oversee group benefits, including annual renewals
Manage 401(k) pension plan, including reporting and fiduciary responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Develop and implement performance management tools
Maintain and update HR policies and ensure consistent application
Keep company organization charts and employee directory current
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Oversee employee safety, welfare, and wellness programs
Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts
Plan and execute employee recognition programs and team events
Update job descriptions as needed
Develop training materials and performance management programs
Analyze compensation and benefits trends
Update and maintain compensation strategy
Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business initiatives
Review and improve existing HR processes, systems, and documentation
Build a network of effective recruiters
Select and utilize optimal recruitment platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Teams products
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Comprehensive knowledge of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations
Ability to apply HR strategies in compliance with employment regulations
Skill in fostering a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
Experience in data analysis for strategic employment planning
Familiarity with remote work settings, regulations, and multi-state compliance
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
General understanding of Office Management
Experience working in a growth-oriented environment

Experience with Paycor Payroll Processing
