As Cvent continues its growth and expand its market share, we are strengthening our Talent Management function to more deeply influence and impact the business on key talent initiatives. We are looking for a success-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP), aligned to specific business divisions across North America, to strategically partner with senior leadership to realize business outcomes through strategic talent programs and investments.

This role will enjoy a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week of remote work, and 2 days per week at Cvent's HQ in Tysons Corner, VA.

 

  • Partner with leadership to develop talent strategies that are aligned to business priorities
  • Recommend, develop, and implement programs to promote employee engagement and retention
  • Focus on leadership effectiveness for business leaders through coaching, advisory support and technical HR knowledge sharing
  • Lead change management efforts through business changes such as process/policy enhancements, acquisitions, and systems implementations
  • Drive performance and career advancement through comprehensive learning plans and total rewards approach
  • Partner with HR leadership and HR COEs to recommend, research and implement new approaches, policies, procedures and tools with a focus on scale and organizational efficiency
  • Improve the Employee Value Proposition and ensuring alignment with the business strategy and priorities by establishing and streamlining core talent management processes and practices
  • Advise on organizational design, restructures and change management activities identifying business risks
  • Reimage HR to adapt to the changing business and employee needs by adopting a continuous improvement mindset

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or relevant field
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in HR, in increasing levels of complexity and organization maturity, with at least 3 years as an HRBP
  • Strong HR knowledge, especially in areas of performance development and employee relations
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred
