HR Coordinator

Summary

Queens based Healthcare organization seeks a junior HR professional to assist with onboarding, credentialing and HR administrative duties. Pay us $25-30/hour for a 6-month temp assignment. Hours are 8.30am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team
  • Process new hire orientations and assist with questions from candidates and hiring managers
  • Update employee documentation
  • Assist with recruitment process including scheduling and coordinating interviews

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Previous experience with scheduling and interview coordination
  • Self-driven, organized, and highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Seniority level
