Responsibilities

Recruitment, Hiring, and Onboarding:

Manage recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, posting job openings, and screening resumes.

Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with our company's mission and culture.

Facilitate onboarding processes, including background checks and employment offers.

Employee Relations And Compliance

Assist in resolving employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

Support employees with benefits enrollment and post-employment assistance.

Training And Development

Collaborate on the development of training materials and programs.

Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

1-2 years of recent HR experience required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
