HR Generalist

Our client, a world-renowned food & beverage brand, seeks a well-rounded, versatile HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background handling employee relations, has compliance experience, is bilingual in Spanish, and has worked with unions in the past. Furthermore, the candidate should have experience administering benefits in the past, strong Excel and reporting skills, and be able to oversee the full employee life cycle. In addition, a collaborative team player with strong communication, organizational skills, and approachability within the work environment are characteristics of a candidate who will likely find success in this role. • Bilingual in spanish, required
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Past experience in the field of employee relations and compliance
• Strong excel, reporting, and communication skills
• Experience working with unions is a plus

The salary range for this role is 65-75k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
